CONCEPTION OF NIPSSCONSULT
The restructuring and repositioning of the National Institute that began in 2006, elicited the necessity to create a Unit that will harmonize and coordinate all consultancy services delivery at the Institute. In February 2007, the Consultancy Unit was created under the Office of the Director General.

THE MANDATE OF NIPSSCONSULT
The National Institute Consulting (NIPSSConsult) was established as a semi-autonomous Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to implement the third major mandate of the Institute as stated above viz: To conduct seminars, workshops and other action oriented programmers and also engage in management consultancy, networking and linkage pursuant to the other objectives of the National Institute.
